摘要
本文基于2009~2017年253个城市的数据,借助stata16.0软件运用固定效应模型研究国家高新区发展对保障性住房土地供给的影响,并通过聚类分析对发展程度进行分类,从而进一步分析不同发展情况的国家高新区对保障性住房土地供给的影响。研究表明,国家高新区发展会促进保障性住房的土地供给并且对于发展越好的国家高新区促进效果越好。
Based on the data from 253 cities from 2009 to 2017, this paper uses the fixed effect model with the help of stata16.0 software to study the impact of the development of national high-tech zones on the land supply of government-subsidized housing, and classifies the degree of development through cluster analysis, so as to further analyze the impact of national high-tech zones with different development conditions on the land supply of government-subsidized housing. The study shows that the development of national high-tech zones will promote the land supply of guaranteed housing and the better the development of national high-tech zones, the better the promotion effect.
