摘要
为了研究某市社会保险基金收支增减的情况,应用多元统计分析中的聚类分析法对该市2015年和2016年上半年的社会保险基金的收入和支出进行研究。研究表明:由于宏观经济走弱和人口老龄化加剧双重因素导致该市社保基金增收压力较大,企业基本养老保险基金累计结余下行趋势明显,调剂压力不断加大。
In order to study the city’s social insurance fund revenue and expenditure increase and decrease, the social insurance fund in 2015 and the first half of 2016 is studied by the clustering analysis of multivariate statistical analysis to the income and expenditure analysis. Research shows that: due to the macroeconomic weakness and the intensification of the aging population, the city’s social security fund income pressure is greater;the basic old-age insurance fund accumulated surplus downward trend is obvious;dispensing pressure continues to increase.
