摘要
研究方法是学科体系的重要组成部分,研究方法对于一个学科的发展而言,具有重要意义,许多学科的范式转换和历史跃进,都同新方法的使用、普及关系密切,公共管理学科也不例外。本研究选取了《公共管理学报》《公共行政评论》《电子政务》《中国行政管理》《行政论坛》五种期刊在2017~2021年公开发表的学术文章,采用了系统抽样法以及内容分析法,对取样样本中的文献所采用的研究方法进行了详细的分析,从而得出公共管理研究方法的运用和演化规律。研究发现公共管理研究方法仍侧重于思辨分析、案例研究法和理论研究,另一方面缺少对实证研究中的定量方法的关注。
Research method is an important part of the discipline system, which is of great significance to the development of a discipline. Paradigm transformation and historical leap in many disciplines are closely related to the use and popularization of new methods, and public administration discipline is no exception. In this study, the academic articles published in five journals from 2017 to 2021, such as Journal of Public Management, Public Administration Review, E-government, China Administration and Administrative Forum, were selected, and the research methods adopted in the sampled documents were analyzed in detail by using systematic sampling method and content analysis method, so as to obtain the application and evolution law of public management research methods. It is found that the research methods of public management still focus on speculative analysis, case study and theoretical research;on the other hand, they lack attention to quantitative methods in empirical research.
