摘要
本文构建数字化转型与企业高质量创新关系的模型,以2016~2021年沪深A股上市公司数据为研究样本,研究结果表明:数字化转型会显著促进企业高质量创新。企业数字化转型运用数字技术可以弥补企业获取资源能力不足的缺陷,帮助其从外部环境中更为便利地获取创新活动所需资源,帮助企业更好地识别市场机会,预测市场趋势,有助于企业在创新活动方面取得突破,进而实现高质量创新发展。本文创新性地把数字化转型与企业高质量创新结合起来进行研究,丰富了企业高质量创新的影响因素和数字化转型的作用机制,并结合中国特殊国情,提出了针对性的管理建议。
This paper builds a model of the relationship between digital transformation and high-quality innovation. Based on the data of Shanghai-Shenzhen A-share listed companies in 2016~2021, the research results show that: the digital transformation will significantly promote the high-quality enterprise innovation. Digital transformation will significantly positively affect high-quality innovation. Enterprise digital transformation using digital technology can make up for the lack of enterprises to obtain resources, to help them better access the resources needed for innovative activities from the external environment, to help companies better identify market opportunities, forecast the market trends, help companies to make breakthroughs in innovative activities, and then to achieve high-quality innovative development. This paper innovatively combines the digital transformation with high quality innovation, enriches the influencing factors of high quality innovation and the function mechanism of digital transformation, and combines with the special national conditions of China, and puts forward targeted management suggestions.
