摘要
浙江省以丘陵山地为主,地质灾害多发,随着城镇化进程越来越快,建设用地日趋紧张,如何在地质灾害防治中一体化开发利用逐渐演变为一个新课题。因此本文在浙中地区地质灾害防治现状基础上,分析地质灾害防治与开发利用一体化思路,多方面研究一体化具体举措及效益,并举以实例,最终得出防治与利用一体化要以安全性为基础,以经济性为依托,以协调性为原则以克服地质灾害治理与城市建设中出现的多种矛盾,在地质灾害防治端口实现了一加一大于二效应的结论。
Zhejiang Province is mainly hilly and mountainous with frequent geological disasters. With the rapid process of urbanization and the increasing tension of construction land, how to integrate development and utilization in geological disaster prevention and control has gradually evolved into a new subject. Based on the current situation of geological disaster prevention and control in central Zhejiang, this paper analyzes the integration of geological disaster prevention and development and utilization, and studies the specific measures and benefits of integration in many aspects, and gives examples at the same time. Finally, it is concluded that the integration of prevention and utilization should be based on safety, economy and coordination to overcome various contradictions in geological disaster management and urban construction. The conclusion that one plus one is more than two effects is realized in the geological disaster prevention port.
