摘要
社会治理在现代社会发展中扮演着重要角色,有利于维护社会秩序并促进社会发展。然而,当前阶段社会治理面临诸多问题与挑战,如信息不对称、制度不完善、社会矛盾复杂化等。为提升社会治理能力,需要相关部门人员采取切实可行的有效策略。行政法是我国社会主义建设中的三大基本法之一,通过加强行政法与社会治理的融合,有助于提升社会治理水平,发挥社会治理所具有的重要作用。本文主要从行政法视域出发,探讨现阶段存在的问题如缺乏完善的社会治理体系、模糊社会治理与社会管理概念以及行政法律法规建设不够完善,以及相对应的解决策略,进一步完善治理体系,明确治理概念的同时,做好行政法律法规的建设工作。
Social governance plays an important role in the development of modern society, which is conducive to maintaining social order and promoting social development. However, at the current stage, social governance faces many problems and challenges, such as asymmetric information, imperfect systems, and complex social contradictions. In order to improve the ability of social governance, it is necessary for relevant departments to adopt practical and effective strategies. Administrative law is one of the three basic laws in China’s socialist construction. Through strengthening the integration of administrative law and social governance, it will help to improve the level of social governance and play an important role in social governance. This article mainly starts from the perspective of administrative law, exploring the current problems such as the lack of a comprehensive social governance system, vague concepts of social governance and social management, and inadequate construction of administrative laws and regulations, as well as corresponding solutions. It further improves the governance system, clarifies the concept of governance, and does a good job in the construction of administrative laws and regulations.
