摘要
南非工会组织在如今南非的社会生活中发挥着重要作用,但其诞生至今也不过短短一百多年的历史,通过回顾历史探究南非工会组织产生的基础,可以从根源上探究南非工会组织如今行为背后的动机和深意。钻石矿、黄金矿的发现与开采,工矿业的兴起和繁荣以及南非早期现代教育的发展都为工会组织的产生奠定了一定的基础。
South African trade union organizations play an important role in the social life of South Africa to-day, but their birth is only a little more than 100 years old. By looking back at the history and exploring the basis of the emergence of South African trade union organizations, we can explore the motives and deep meaning behind the behavior of South African trade union organizations today from the root. The discovery and exploitation of diamond and gold mines, the rise and prosperity of the industrial and mining industry and the development of early modern education in South Africa all laid a certain foundation for the emergence of trade union organizations.
