摘要
目的:通过对某省、市贫困地区留守老人的健康状况和护理需求进行调查,了解某省、市贫困地区留守老人的健康状况和护理需求,为贫困地区留守老人釆取切实可行的健康促进方法与措施提供参考依据。方法:于2020年1月~12月通过调查问卷的方式,在某省、市贫困地区随机抽取300名留守老人进行健康状况的调查,调查的问题主要包括基本信息、健康状况以及健康管理的状况。结果:经过调查结果发现,留守老人的经济条件都比较弱,大多数的医疗费用都来自农村医疗保险,并且健康状况整体较差,慢性病患者居多。结论:留守老人非常需要家人的陪伴,长时间的独自生活在一定程度上降低了生活质量,呼吁留守老人的子女多陪伴老人,也呼吁社会上的各界人士对留守老人多一份关爱。
Objective: Through a survey on thehealth status and nursing needs of left-behind elderly people inpoverty-stricken areas in a province and city, To understand the health statusand nursing needs of the left-behind elderly in poverty-stricken areas in aprovince and city, and to provide references for the feasible health promotionmethods and measures for the left-behind elderly in poverty-stricken areas. Methods:In this study, a random sampling method was used to investigate the healthstatus of 300 left-behind elderly people in a poverty-stricken area of aprovince and city from January 2020 to December 2020 by questionnaire. Thesurvey questions included basic information,health status and health management. Results: The survey results show that theeconomic conditions of the left-behind elderly are relatively weak, mostof the medical expenses are from rural medicalinsurance, and the overall health status is poor, and most of them suffer fromchronic diseases. Conclusion: The left-behind elderly need the greatcompany of their families. Living alone for a long time has reduced the qualityof life to a certain extent, calling on the children of the left-behind elderlyto accompany the elderly, and calling on people from all walks of life to showmore care to the left-behind elderly.
