摘要
目的:探讨延续性护理干预对血液透析患者自我管理能力及其生活质量的影响。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年3月我院收治的血液透析患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组予以常规出院护理,观察组予以延续性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:干预后,两组患者的自我管理能力评分均明显升高,且观察组患者干预后的自我管理能力评分(66.50 ±6.17)明显高于对照组的(55.27 ±5.93),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察患者在经过干预后,其BNP水平的变化明显,对比两组患者的BNP水平变化,具有明显的差异,P <0.05,有统计学意义,干预后,两组患者的生活质量评分均明显升高,且观察组患者干预后的生活评分包括社会功能(60.36 ±7.36)、躯体功能(58.15 ±6.14)、心理功能(63.78 ±6.24)、物质生活(57.39 ±6.45)评分明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:延续性护理干预可有效提高血液透析患者的自我管理水平,改善患者的生活质量,护理效果良好,值得在临床上推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on self-management ability and quality of life of hemodialysis patients.Methods:120 cases of hemodialysis patients from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine discharge nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the self-management ability scores of the two groups were significantly higher,and the self-management ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(55.27±5.93);the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the BNP levels of the two groups were significantly different,P<0.05,with statistical significance.After intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups was significantly increased,and the life scores of the observation group patients including social function(60.36±7.36),physical function(58.15±6.14),psychological function(63.78±6.24)and material life(57.39±6.45)were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention can effectively improve the self-management level of hemodialysis patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and the nursing effect is good;it is worth promoting in clinic.
