摘要
本文通过对黑龙江省灵活就业人群就业选择的多种因素的深入分析,为相关部门了解黑龙江省灵活就业人员提供数据支持,使政府部门在出台优惠政策实现精准帮扶时,能够更全面地考察黑龙江省灵活就业人员的个性差异,对其灵活就业人员实现良好就业机会具有重要的现实意义。同时本研究将为企业制定管理制度提供数据支持,进而帮助黑龙江灵活就业人员获得更好的就业选择。
Through in-depth analysis of various factors in the employment choice of the flexible employment group in Heilongjiang Province, this paper provides data support for relevant departments to understand the flexible employment personnel in Heilongjiang Province, so that the government departments can more comprehensively investigate the personality differences of the flexible employment personnel in Heilongjiang Province when introducing preferential policies to achieve precise assistance. It is of great practical significance to realize good employment opportunities for flexible workers. At the same time, this study will provide data support for enterprises to formulate management system, so as to help flexible employees in Heilongjiang obtain better employment options.
