摘要
为获得高质量平整表面的铝合金多孔阳极氧化膜,本文采用电化学抛光技术对1060铝合金进行抛光试验,研究了铝合金表面形貌和合金成分对氧化铝薄膜生长的影响。结果表明:在电化学抛光之后,铝板表面的粗糙度和内部晶界的应力集中可以显著降低,能有效去除以少量固溶形式存在的多相偏析合金,得到了高度有序平整的纳米孔氧化铝膜,验证了铝表面形貌在多孔氧化铝的制备中起到了关键性的作用。
In order to obtain Aluminum Alloy porous anodic oxide film of high quality flat surface, electro-chemical polishing technology was used to polish 1060 aluminum alloy, the effect of surface mor-phology and alloy composition on the growth of aluminum oxide film was studied. The results showed that: After electrochemical polishing, the roughness of aluminum plate surface and stress concentration of grain boundary can be reduced significantly, and the polyphase segregation alloy in the form of a small amount of solid solution can be effectively removed, the highly ordered na-noporous alumina membrane is obtained. It is verified that the surface morphology of aluminum plays a key role in the preparation of porous alumina.
