Ni掺杂锂离子电池正极材料Li1.15Mn2?xNixO4的改性

摘要 本文采用共沉淀法制备了尖晶石型Li1.15Mn2-xNixO4作为锂离子电池的正极材料,通过加入不同含量的镍对材料进行了掺杂改性研究;用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究了材料的晶体结构和微观形貌,充放电循环实验对材料的电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明:Li1.15Mn1.9Ni0.1O4正极材料具有最好的电化学性能,常温下,以0.1 C充放电首次放电容量及26个循环后的容量保持率分别为115.9 mAh·g?1,85%。 In this work, spinel Li1.15Mn2?xNixO4 cathode material for lithium ion battery was prepared by a coprecipita- tion method, and the material was modified by doping different contents of Ni. The crystal structure was determined from the X-ray diffraction pattern, and the morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The electro- chemical properties of the product were studied by galvanostatic charge-discharge measurement. The results showed that Li1.15Mn2?xNixO4 displayed better electrochemical property. Its initial discharge specific capacity was 115.9 mAh·g?1 at the room temperature and the specific capacity retention ratio was 85% after 26 cycles at a rate of 0.1 C.
