摘要
利用CFX软件对叶型为NACA6508轴流风机进行三维粘性流场数值计算,针对在多种低流量工况条件下运行时的流动状态进行数值模拟,展示了不同流量下,风机在Blade-to-blade面上和子午面上的静压力场、速度矢量和流线的变化,以及回流区域从叶顶向叶根侧发展过程。之后增大叶中上的弦长,并使叶片前掠,改进后的叶片在风机低流量工况下对叶片前缘流动分离有抑制作用。
Using CFX, the three-dimensional viscous flow field of NACA6508 axial fan with blade profile is numerically calculated by the software, and the flow state under various low flow conditions is numerically simulated. The changes of static pressure field, velocity vector and streamline of the fan on blade to blade and meridional plane, and the development process of recirculation region from blade top to blade root side is shown under different flow conditions. After that, the chord length of the blade is increased and the blade is swept forward. The improved blade can restrain the flow separation at the leading edge of the blade under the low flow condition.
