类ChatGPT人工智能自推出以来,在公共管理领域展现了巨大潜力。其强大的自然语言处理、数据分析和自动化能力为政府提供了高效的服务、政策制定和公众参与工具。然而,在带来机遇的同时,类ChatGPT也面临数据隐私、偏见、过度依赖和技术误解等挑战。本文通过分析类ChatGPT人工智能在公共管理中的应用,探讨其潜在的机遇与问题,并提出应对策略,以实现技术在公共领域的合理运用和创新发展。Since its launch, ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence has shown great potential in the field of public management. Its powerful natural language processing, data analysis and automation capabilities provide the government with efficient services, policy-making and public participation tools. However, while bringing opportunities, ChatGPT-like also faces challenges such as data privacy, bias, over-reliance and technical misunderstanding. This paper analyzes the application of ChatGPT-like artificial intelligence in public management, explores its potential opportunities and problems, and proposes coping strategies to achieve the rational use and innovative development of technology in the public field.
