摘要
电力装备生产制造环节是电网物资供应链的重要环节之一,该环节产生大量的碳排放,随着国家碳达峰碳中和目标和绿色制造的提出,电力装备生产制造环节碳排放的准确计量与分析是电力设备生产制造企业实现低碳转型和提高企业核心竞争力的前提条件。本文在碳排放因子核算方法的基础上,设计了一种适用电力装备生产制造环节的碳排放核算方法,建立了一套支持该环节的碳排放核算工具,降低电力装备生产过程中碳排放核算的复杂度,有助于电力装备生产企业制定相应的减排措施,推动企业的低碳转型。
Power equipment production and manufacturing link is one of the important links in the power grid material supply chain, which generates a large amount of carbon emissions, with the national carbon peak carbon neutral target and the proposal of green manufacturing, the accurate measurement and analysis of carbon emissions from the power equipment production and manufacturing link is a prerequisite for the power equipment production and manufacturing enterprises to realize low-carbon transformation and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the carbon emission factor accounting method, this paper designs a carbon emission accounting method applicable to the power equipment production and manufacturing link, establishes a set of carbon emission accounting tools to support the link, reduces the complexity of carbon emission accounting in the process of power equipment production, and helps the power equipment production enterprises to formulate the corresponding emission reduction measures and promote the low-carbon transformation of the enterprises.
