摘要
治理理论的兴起与发展促进社区形成多主体参与治理新格局,多元主体在社区内的互动博弈是社区秩序生成的基础。社区草根组织是社区建设的重要主体,在社区实践中发挥功能弥补、规则补充、社会网络建构等重要作用。国家–社会、空间–行动者以及嵌入性视角为草根组织参与社区治理提供了理论基础,对现有研究进行梳理得出:草根组织自主性发展呈现差异化,草根组织的研究主要集中在角色识别、发展困境和出路、个案观察中的策略研究和自主性发展问题四个方面,同时草根组织与社区其他主体的互动产生了不同的行动策略。
The rise and development of governance theory promote the formation of a new pattern of mul-ti-subject participation in governance in the community, and the interactive game of multi-subject in the community is the basis of community order generation. Community grass-roots organization is an important subject of community construction, which plays an important role in community practice, such as function make-up, rule supplement and social network construction. The state-society, space-actor and embedded perspective provide a theoretical basis for grass-roots organizations to participate in community governance, and the existing research is combed out: The development of grass-roots organization autonomy is differentiated, the research of grass-roots organizations mainly focuses on role recognition, development dilemma and way out, strategic research in case observation and autonomous development issues, and the interaction between grass-roots organizations and other subjects of the community produces different action strategies.
