摘要
本文从政府债务带来的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益和可持续性效益等方面入手,并考虑风险与效益互相作用,构建了地方政府债务绿色绩效评价的联立方程模型,它具有可识别性和较好的实际可操作性,对地方政府性债务的评价有一定的现实意义。
This article starts with the economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits and sustainability benefits brought by government debt, and considers the interaction of risks and benefits, and constructs a simultaneous equation model for the green performance evaluation of local govern-ment debt. It is identifiable and practical, and it has certain practical significance for the evaluation of local government debt.
