摘要
根据汽车安全带织带抗拉强度的测试原理及方法,对不同厂家、不同颜色的汽车安全带织带分别进行标准温湿态和光照等特殊耐候试验,织带光照处理后再进行相应的抗拉强度试验。通过对试验数据进行分析,探究不同生产厂家、不同颜色的织带经过不同条件的光照处理后其抗拉强度的变化情况。通过研究其变化规律,可以为日后的检测工作、汽车安全带生产以及涉及到汽车安全带相关的碰撞类试验提供一定的参考价值,具有重要的意义。
According to the test principle and method of the tensile strength of the automobile safety belt, the automobile safety belt of different manufacturers and different colors is subjected to special weather tests such as standard temperature and humidity state and light, and then the corresponding tensile strength test is carried out after the light treatment. Through the analysis of the test data, the change of the tensile strength of different manufacturers and different colors of webbing after corresponding tests was explored. By studying the variation rule, it can provide certain reference value for the future detection work, the production of automobile seat belts and the crash test involving automobile seat belts, which has important significance.
