摘要
目的:探讨优化影像检查流程,提高急性脑卒中患者影像检查效率的价值。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年5月在我院就诊的急性脑卒中患者81例为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组。实验组进行检查流程优化,采用“并联模式”并删减耗时环节,比较检查流程优化前后患者各关键环节用时、患者预后及医患满意度。结果:流程优化后实验组患者就诊至完成CT检查时间及出具影像报告时间较对照组明显缩短(P < 0.001);患者满意度明显提高(P < 0.05)。结论:脑卒中规范化检查流程优化可以显著提高影像检查效率,缩短了患者就诊至静脉溶栓时间,提高了医患满意度,真正让患者获益。
Objective: To analyze the effect on shortening Door-to-Needle Time and improving the quality of is-chemic stroke treatment by optimizing the CT examination process. Methods: 81 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group carried out process optimization, adopted “parallel mode” and cut the time-consuming parts. The time of different steps, DNT, patient prognosis and patient satisfac-tion were compared before and after process optimization. Results: After the process optimization, the Door-to-CT time and DNT time were significantly shorter in the experimental group than the control group (P < 0.001). The patient satisfaction was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The standardized examination process of stroke could significantly improve the efficiency of image examination, shorten DNT, and improve patient nursing satisfaction, really benefit patients.
