摘要
讨论了降低火箭发射费用的火箭回收、空中发射和井筒推射技术,分析了井筒推射技术中气动推射和电磁推射方案的各自特点,提出了中国开展井筒推射技术的具体实施计划,并建议近期中国航天事业的发展方针为“由近及远,稳妥推进,降低费用,滚动发展,多路并举,积极探索”。
In this paper the rocket recovery, air launch and shaft pushing technologies are discussed to reduce the rocket launch cost. The respective characteristics of pneumatic pushing and electromagnetic pushing are analyzed in shaft pushing technology. The detailed implementation plan is put forward to develop shaft pushing technology in China, and it is suggested that the development policy of China’s space industry in the near future should be “from near to far, push forward steadily, reduce costs, develop in a rolling way, develop in multiple ways, and explore actively”.
