介孔氧化铝的制备及其对Cr<sup>6+</sup>的吸附性能研究

摘要 以异丙醇铝为前驱体,P123为模板剂,HCl为酸性调节剂,采用蒸发诱导自组装法制备了介孔Al2O3。考察了吸附剂用量、吸附温度、吸附时间及pH对Al2O3吸附Cr6+的性能影响。结果表明,在Cr6+初始浓度为10 mg/L,振荡速度110 r/min条件下,适宜的吸附条件为:吸附剂用量0.24 g,吸附时间80 min,吸附温度50℃,pH = 3,此时Cr6+去除率达到96%。 Mesoporous Al2O3 was prepared via evaporation-induced self-assembly method by using aluminum isopropanol as the precursor, P123 as the template, and HCl as the acid regulator. The effects of adsorbent dosage, adsorption temperature, adsorption time and solution pH were investigated. The experimental results show that when the initial concentration of Cr6+ was 10 mg/L, the amount of adsorbent was 0.24 g, the adsorption time was 80 min, the adsorption temperature was 50˚C and the pH was 3, the removal rate of Cr6+ could reach 96%.
