顶管下穿公路的设计与施工技术研究

摘要 为了分析顶管下穿公路的设计与施工技术要点,以顶管下穿G318国道项目为依托,开展了顶管下穿公路的设计与施工技术研究。提出了工作井、接收井的设计方法,开展了套管竖向承载力、顶推力的验算,验算了顶管施工导致的路面沉降,均满足相关规范的要求。同时提出了设计、施工过程中的相关建议。研究成果可为类似顶管工程的设计、施工提供参考。In order to analyze the key points of design and construction technology of pipe jacking underpass highway, the design and construction technology of pipe jacking underpass highway is studied based on the project of G318 National Highway. The design method of working shaft and receiving shaft is put forward, and the checking calculation of casing vertical bearing capacity and jacking force is carried out, and the pavement settlement caused by pipe jacking construction is verified. At the same time, the relevant suggestions in the process of design and construction are put forward. The research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar pipe jacking projects.
