摘要
旋挖桩嵌岩施工中护壁不稳定,工序控制不严格,桩基浇灌砼后桩身存在砼离析或桩底存在较厚的沉渣,极大影响了桩基承载力,造成桩基质量不满足设计要求,本文辅以实例介绍桩基桩身及桩底检测存在缺陷,加以特殊工艺处理补救后,最终桩承载力及桩身质量达到了设计要求,消除了隐患。
In the construction of rock-socketed Rotary excavation pile, the wall protection is unstable;the working procedure is not strictly controlled;the concrete segregation exists in the pile body after pouring concrete into the pile foundation or the thick sediment exists in the pile bottom, which greatly affects the bearing capacity of the pile foundation and causes the quality of the pile foundation not to meet the design requirements;this paper introduces the defects of pile body and pile bottom detection with examples. After special treatment, the ultimate bearing capacity and quality of pile body meet the design requirements and eliminate hidden troubles.
