摘要
宁夏地区具有丰富的煤炭资源,随着宁东煤炭基地的建成及投产,粉煤灰的排放量已经达到50.8%,利用粉煤灰不仅可以抑制粉煤灰的增量,还能解决粉煤灰的堆放问题。本次试验设计水胶比为0.6的混凝土,利用不同掺量的粉煤灰取代水泥,研究粉煤灰对混凝土的强度影响及抗冻性能,研究结果表明当粉煤灰的掺量在45%时,混凝土的抗压强度达到最大、抗冻性能最佳、抗碳化性能最优。
Ningxia is rich in coal resources.With the completion and commissioning of Ningdong coal base,the emission of fly ash has reached 50.8%.The use of fly ash can not only restrain the increment of fly ash,but also solve the stacking problem of fly ash.In this experiment,the concrete with wa-ter-binder ratio of 0.6 is designed,and the effect of fly ash on the strength and frost resistance of concrete is studied by replacing cement with different content of fly ash.The results show that when the content of fly ash is 45%,the compressive strength of concrete reaches the maximum;the frost resistance is the best,and the carbonation resistance is the best.
