摘要
大数据的出现为人们生活提供了很多的便利,同时也在城乡规划中得到了广泛的应用。大数据分析具有高效性、及时性、精准性,能很好地提高规划的效率与准确性,促进城乡规划的发展。本文从大数据技术在城乡规划的应用前景出发,分析城乡规划技术发展过程以及城乡规划在数据时代面临的机遇与挑战,并基于大数据分析法通过爬虫软件技术对长沙市小区的房价信息进行收集,在Arcgis展示其空间分布信息,结果表明长沙市房价存在地区性差异,空间结构呈环状分布且多中心发展。
The emergence of big data has provided a lot of convenience for people's life, and has also been widely used in urban and rural planning. Big data analysis is efficient, timely and accurate, which can well improve the efficiency and accuracy of planning and promote the development of urban and rural planning. Starting from the application prospect of big data technology in urban and rural planning, this paper analyzes the development process of urban and rural planning technology as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by urban and rural planning in the data era. Based on big data analysis method, it collects housing price information of residential districts in Changsha City through crawler software technology, and displays its spatial distribution information in Arcgis. The results show that there are regional differences in housing price of Changsha City. The spatial structure is annular and multicentric.
