摘要
新时代下,智能制造作为推动制造业高质量发展的重要途径具有一定的研究价值。本文在搭建智能制造与制造业高质量发展的理论框架基础上,搭建了智能制造综合指标和制造业高质量发展指标,利用2011~2020年成渝地区双城经济圈的16个城市数据,探讨了智能制造影响制造业高质量发展的效应以及其作用机制。研究结果显示:智能制造能够显著地正向促进制造业高质量发展,这一结论在稳健性检验后仍然成立。作用机制分析结果显示:科技创新提高和人力资本水平提升在智能制造驱动制造业高质量发展过程中具有显著的中介效应;要素禀赋结构优化在智能制造驱动制造业高质量发展中存在一定的门槛效应。本文的研究结论可以为成渝地区智能制造驱动制造业高质量发展提供一定政策参考。
In the new era, intelligent manufacturing has certain research value as an important way to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry. Based on the theoretical framework of intelligent manufacturing and high-quality development of manufacturing industry, this paper builds a comprehensive index of intelligent manufacturing and an index of high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and utilizes the data of 16 cities in Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle from 2011 to 2020 to explore the effect of intelligent manufacturing affecting the high-quality development of manufacturing industry as well as its mechanism of action. The results of the study show that intelligent manufacturing can significantly and positively promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and this conclusion still holds after the robustness test. The analysis of the mechanism of action shows that the improvement of scientific and technological innovation and the enhancement of the level of human capital have a significant mediating effect in the process of high-quality development of the manufacturing industry driven by intelligent manufacturing;the optimization of the structure of the factor endowment has a certain threshold effect on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry driven by intelligent manufacturing. The findings of this paper can provide certain policy references for the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing in Chengdu-Chongqing region.
