摘要
论文简要剖析了“金融戍边”的基本内涵及其丰富外延,其具有发展经济的基础功能、面向邻国开放的功能和稳定边疆的安全功能。随着改革开放的推进,云南“金融戍边”实践取得明显成效,在金融机构“双向开放”、区域性货币交易模式、跨境人民币业务创新、跨境金融基础设施建设等方面亮点突出,为稳边固疆贡献了金融力量,最后针对性提出了政策建议。
The paper briefly analyzes the basic connotation and rich extension of “financial defending border areas”, which has the basic function of developing economy, opening up to neighboring countries and the security function of stabilizing the frontier. With the advancement of reform and opening up, Yunnan’s practice of “financial defending border areas” has achieved remarkable results, which with outstanding highlights in the “two-way opening” of financial institutions, regional currency transaction models, cross-border RMB business innovation, and cross-border financial infrastruc-ture construction, are contributed financial strength to stabilize the frontier, and finally policy recommendations are put forward in the paper.
