摘要
乡村振兴背景下发展贵州地区农产品电商是实现农户增收、助力农村经济的重要举措。本文通过分析电商促进拓展生产可能性边界、精准供求匹配及宣传效应重塑农业农村业态等机制证明特色农产品电商的可能性。从“电商平台 + 特色农产品展示”及“网红直播 + 电商带货”的模式出发,明确了贵州电商现状,介绍了贵州农产品生产和电商物流运输的积极进展。同时也指出了农民电商意识不强、专业人才缺乏及专业设备和技术标准待完善等现实制约。最后,提出基于贵州经验的特色农产品振兴乡村思路,包括打造本地特色、广迎青年人才及提升电商标准化与协同化水平等策略,旨在通过电商赋能,持续激发乡村全面振兴的内在动力,推动贵州农业电商高质量发展。In the context of rural revitalization, the development of e-commerce of agricultural products in Guizhou is an important measure to increase farmers’ income and help the rural economy. This paper proves the possibility of e-commerce of special agricultural products by analyzing the mechanisms of e-commerce to promote the expansion of production possibilities, precise supply and demand matching, and publicity effect to reshape agricultural and rural formats. Starting from the mode of “e-commerce platform + display of special agricultural products” and “online celebrity live broadcast + e-commerce delivery”, the current situation of e-commerce in Guizhou was clarified, and the positive progress of agricultural product production and e-commerce logistics and transportation in Guizhou was introduced. At the same time, it also points out the practical constraints such as farmers’ weak awareness of e-commerce, lack of professional talents, and the need to improve professional equipment and technical standards.
