摘要
随着老龄化社会的到来,超龄农民工日益增多。部分行业因职业特殊性均出台相关政策清退超龄农民工,但目前对于被清退农民工的社会保障权益问题关注较少。现行社会保障管理制度无法满足超龄农民工群体的需求,问题突出表现在养老保险转移接续困难、社会救助层级低范围窄、工伤认定困难。针对超龄农民工群体应尽早建立相应保障制度,实现老有所养、老有所依。
With the advent of an ageing society, the number of overage migrant workers is increasing. Some industries have issued relevant policies to retire overage migrant workers due to the special characteristics of their occupations, but less attention has been paid to the social security rights and interests of the dismissed migrant workers. The current social security management system is unable to meet the needs of overage migrant workers. The problems are highlighted by the difficulties in transferring and continuing pension insurance, the low level and narrow scope of social assistance, and the difficulties in identifying work-related injuries. A corresponding social security system should be established as soon as possible for the overage migrant workers, so that they can have a sense of security and support in their old age.
