中国女性劳动者就业权益保障研究

摘要 在经济发展过程中,中国传统思想逐渐产生变化,以往在传统社会中扮演男性附属品角色的女性,越来越多的走向社会工作岗位,逐步成为中国经济发展过程中不容忽视的劳动力量。近几年来,我国劳动力市场就业形势严峻,体现在性别差异上的问题愈发突出,女性劳动者在就业中的平等权利难以保障。本文通过分析女性劳动者在劳动力市场的就业现状及女性劳动者权益保护中存在的问题与障碍,提出女性劳动者劳动权益保障的相关措施和对策,试图缓和矛盾。In the process of economic development, Chinese traditional thoughts have gradually changed. In the past, women who played the role of male accessory in traditional society have increasingly got involved with social jobs and gradually become a labor force that cannot be ignored in the process of China’s economic development. In recent years, the employment situation in the labor market in China has been severe, and the problem of gender differences has become more prominent. It is difficult to guarantee the equal rights of female workers in employment. This paper analyzes the employment status and the rights and interests of female laborers in the labor market. By analyzing the employment situation of female laborers in the labor market and the problems and obstacles in the protection of female laborers' rights and interests, this paper puts forward the relevant measures and countermeasures to protect labor rights and interests of female laborers in an attempt to alleviate contradictions.
