摘要
信息化时代的到来,推动了短视频平台的兴起,促进了新潮流的传播,同时也给高职学生心理造成了一定的冲击。近年来,高职院校学生心理健康问题受到广泛关注,开展心理育人工作迫在眉睫。通过梳理近几年文献,结合实际工作,我们发现,高职院校心理育人工作面临家校协同机制不健全、教师队伍专业化程度较低、学生自我认知偏差、网络信息冲击等困境。针对以上问题,本研究认为,高职院校心理育人工作的实施与开展需要学校、家庭、社会共同发力,激发学生内在动机,从内而外提升心理育人的成效。
The advent of the information age has promoted the rise of short video platforms, promoted the spread of new trends, and also caused a certain impact on the psychology of higher vocational students. In recent years, the mental health of students in vocational colleges has received extensive attention, and it is urgent to carry out psychological education. By combing the literature in recent years and combining with practical work, we find that the psychological education work of higher vocational colleges is faced with the dilemma of imperfect home-school coordination mechanism, low degree of specialization of teachers, students’ self-perception bias, and network information impact. In view of the above problems, this study believes that the implementation and development of psychological education in higher vocational colleges requires the joint efforts of schools, families and society to stimulate students’ intrinsic motivation and improve the effectiveness of psychological education from the inside out.
