摘要
课程思政是高校开展三全育人的关键举措,具有重要的时代价值。本文结合计算机系统结构课程教学,从思想提升,科研驱动和教学保障等三个方面,积极探索和实践高校教师发挥主体作用的方法。2018~2019两年教学实践结果验证了教师三位一体自我发展体系的有效性,使得教学质量提升了18.5%,评价等级从B升至A。
Ideological education in curriculum, as a critical way for universities to carry out three-wide education, has important value of the times. Based on tracking the teaching process of computer architecture curriculum, this paper presents the exploration and practices of a three-in-one self- development approach. The proposed method suggests university teachers to play a principle role from three aspects: ideology armed, research driven and teaching guaranteed. The results of comparison of 2018-2019 teaching practice from Shanghai Maritime University demonstrate that, the three-in-one self-development methodology can improve the teaching quality by 18.5% and make the course evaluation grade from B up to A.
