摘要
近年来,高校越来越重视教学与实践结合的教育工作,并取得了一定成效。但是,在组织实践的过程中,仍然存在手段形式单一、学生兴趣不足、知识转化吸收程度不高的问题。本文回顾了班杜拉社会学习理论,基于此理论设计了面向工商管理学科的大学生教学实验,将班杜拉社会学习理论的心理学理论与工商学科教学进行有效整合,构建了最佳教学实践,改进了工商管理学科的教学技术。
In recent years, colleges and universities have attached more and more importance to the combination of teaching and practice and thus achieved performance. However, in the practical process, there are still problems in the form of limited means, lack of students’ interest and low degree of knowledge transformation. This paper reviews the theory of Bandura social learning and introduces it into financial management education. Based on the theory, this study designs the teaching experiment of college students for business administration, which is with the integration of the psychology theory of Bandura social learning and the teaching demands of business. This study constructs the optional teaching practice and improves the teaching technology in the field of business administration.
