摘要
随着我国高等教育发展的两次转型,高等学校发展实现了历史性的跨越,办学规模不断扩大,实力也越来越强,与此同时也面临着一定的问题。本文通过河南省教育厅披露的数据,以及结合河南省高校地理位置、学校级别、福利待遇、科研环境等方面的因素,得出我省高校师资队伍面临着师资队伍结构不合理、中青年教师队伍不稳定、师资队伍的整体素质和水平有待提高等问题。并在此基础上提出强化教育培训和高校自我完善等相应的解决对策。本文的研究结论可以为河南省高校师资队伍建设的完善提供理论借鉴。
With the two transformations of higher education development in China, the development of col-leges and universities has achieved a historic leap: the scale of running a school has been expanding and the strength is getting stronger and stronger. At the same time, the development of colleges and universities is facing certain problems. Based on the data disclosed by the Education Department of Henan Province, taking factors such as geographical location, school level, welfare treatment and research environment of Henan Province into consideration, this paper draws the conclusion that the faculty of our province is facing problems of unreasonable structure of teachers, instability of young teachers, low the overall quality of teachers and so on. Basing on formal discussion, the paper put forward countermeasures, including strengthening education and training and self-improvement of colleges and universities. The conclusion of this paper can provide theoretical reference for the perfection of the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities in Henan province.
