摘要
为了探究大学生焦虑、心理健康状况和生活满意度之间潜在的关系和作用机制,为大学生缓解焦虑情绪和提高生活满意度提供理论参考。本研究采用张亚娟等人(2017)修订IUS-12量表、由Spitzer等人编制的广泛性焦虑自评量表和生活满意度量表(SWLS)对某高校学生进行调查,共收集有效问卷1851份,通过SPSS25.0以及Process3.5插件对数据进行分析、研究方法包括描述性统计、单样本t检验、独立样本t检验、相关分析、中介分析。In order to explore the potential relationship and mechanism among college students’ anxiety, mental health and life satisfaction, it provides theoretical references for college students to relieve anxiety and improve life satisfaction. This study used Zhang Yajuan et al. (2017) revised the IUS-12 scale, the broad anxiety self-assessment scale and life satisfaction scale (SWLS) compiled by Spitzer et al. to survey students in a university. A total of 1851 valid questionnaires were collected, the data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 and Process3.5 plug-in, and research methods include descriptive statistics, single-sample t-test, independent sample t-test, relevant analysis and intermediary analysis.
