积极心理学视角下的中学生心理健康教育策略研究

摘要 本文探讨了在积极心理学视角下,如何制定有效的中学生心理健康教育策略。首先,介绍了积极心理学的概念,产生背景以及积极心理学与中学生心理健康教育的关系。然后,分析了中学生的主要心理特征和当前中学生心理健康教育现状。最后,提出了在积极心理学视角下的中学生心理健康教育策略,包括明确教学目标、采用多元化教学方法、加强师资培训和转变医学化倾向,注重学生积极品质的培养。 This article discusses how to develop effective mental health education strategies for secondary school students under the perspective of positive psychology. First, it introduces the concept of positive psychology, the background of its emergence and the relationship between positive psychology and the mental health education of secondary school students. Then, the main psychological characteristics of secondary school students and the current situation of secondary school students’ mental health education are analyzed. Finally, it proposes the strategies of secondary school students’ mental health education under the perspective of positive psychology, including clarifying the teaching objectives, adopting diversified teaching methods, strengthening teacher training, and transforming the tendency of medicalization, focusing on the cultivation of students’ positive qualities.
