摘要
“制度–生活”分析框架是立足于我国社会生活的一种特定研究范式,它突破了“国家–社会”的二元对立关系结构,用党建引领基层社会治理的正式制度反观社会现实生活、回应社会现实,有利于缓解制度与生活之间的张力,也能使正式制度获得大众的认同。做到党建引领基层社会治理与社会日常生活相衔接,引领全社会的价值取向,动员群众,把制度优势转化为治理效能。文章尝试将党建引领基层社会治理问题纳入“制度–生活”分析框架下加以整体性分析,试图表明党建引领基层社会治理的理论依据、并阐明如何运用“制度–生活”分析框架分析党建引领基层社会治理的具体实践,为党建引领基层社会治理提供新对策与新思路。
The “institution-life” analysis framework is a specific research paradigm based on my country’s social life. It breaks through the binary opposition structure of “state-society”, and uses the formal system of party building to guide grassroots social governance to reflect on social real life and respond. Social reality is conducive to alleviating the tension between the system and life, and it can also make the formal system gain the recognition of the public and make sure that party building guides the connection between grassroots social governance and social daily life, guides the value orientation of the whole society, mobilizes the masses, and transforms institutional advantages into governance effectiveness. This article attempts to bring the issue of party building leading grassroots social governance into the analysis framework of “institution-life” for overall analysis, tries to show the theoretical basis of party building leading grassroots social governance, and clarifies how to use the “system-life” analysis framework to analyze party building leading grassroots society. The specific practice of governance provides new countermeasures and new ideas for party building to lead grassroots social governance.
