中非积极合作是“一带一路”重要发展方向之一,中资企业也将在与华关系趋好的非洲国家迎来新的投资合作机遇。博茨瓦纳政局稳定,外资政策自由开放,金融风险可控,宏观经济较为稳定,经济总体保持向上的趋势。本文主要立足于博茨瓦纳的政治环境、社会环境、经济与营商环境进行分析,结合博茨瓦纳经济特区的区位优势与国家规划的产业重点发展方向,从经济投资的挑战与机遇两方面论证了在博投资的可行性,最后提出中资企业进入博茨瓦纳的投资建议。
China-Africa active cooperation is one of the important development directions of the One Belt One Road. Chinese-funded enterprises will also usher in new investment cooperation opportuni-ties in African countries with better relations with China. The political situation of Botswana is stable, foreign investment policies are free and open, financial risks are controllable, the macro economy is relatively stable, and the economy generally maintains an upward trend. This article is mainly based on the analysis of Botswana’s political environment, social environment, economy and business environment, combined with the location advantages of the Botswana Special Economic Zone and the key industrial development directions planned by the country, and demonstrates investment feasibility in Botswana from the challenges and opportunities of economic investment, and finally puts forward the investment proposal for Chinese-funded enterprises to enter Botswana.
