摘要
国有企业作为中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,是党执政兴国的重要支柱和依靠力量。进入新时代,国有企业基层党组织在加强党的建设,推动国有企业深化改革,做强做优做大国有资本进程中不断增强,党的建设也在不断加强,特别是习近平总书记对全党提出了“不忘初心、继续前进”的要求,对于推动党的建设取得新的成效具有重要的指引作用。本文首先对国有企业党建工作创新的制约因素进行了简要的分析,在此基础上,关于如何推动国有企业党建工作的发展进行分析,希望能够为促进国有企业党建工作更好、更有效发展提供参考。
As the important material and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, state- owned enterprises are the important pillar and relying force of the party’s ruling and rejuvenating the country. In the new era, the grass-roots party organizations in state-owned enterprises have been strengthening the party building, promoting the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, and becoming a strong and excellent country. The process of capital development has been continuously strengthened. China’s reform and opening up is continuing to deepen, and the party’s construction is also constantly strengthening. In particular, general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the requirement of “not forget the initial heart and continue to move forward” for the whole party. It plays an important guiding role in promoting party building to achieve new results. This paper first makes a brief analysis of the constraints on the innovation of Party building in state- owned enterprises. On this basis, it analyzes how to promote the development of Party building in state-owned enterprises, hoping to provide reference for better and more effective development of Party building in state-owned enterprises.
