摘要
本文首先对目前企业党建科学化的内涵及面临的主要难题进行分析,随后对新时期国企党建工作中存在的问题进行详细探究,接着论述提高国企党建科学化水平的总思路,最后针对新时期提升国企党建科学化水平的具体方法,从而提出新时期提升国企党建科学化水平的具体对策,对于国企党建水平的提高有一定的帮助和参考意义。
Firstly, this thesis analyses the connotation of scientific Party building in enterprises and the main difficulties it faces. Then, this thesis makes a detailed inquiry into the problems existing in the Party building of state-owned enterprises in the new period, and then discusses the general idea of improving the scientific level of Party building of state-owned enterprises. Finally, aiming at the specific methods to improve the scientific level of Party building in state-owned enterprises in the new period, this thesis puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the scientific level of Party building in state-owned enterprises in the new period, which has certain help and reference significance for the improvement of the Party building level of state-owned enterprises.
