摘要
《中华人民共和国乡村振兴促进法》把乡村振兴上升至国家法律的高度,我国对农村建设始终保有高度的关注。农村具有最大的潜力与后劲,农村建设更是现代化建设的重要一步。非物质文化遗产是人类文明的结晶,承载着人类的智慧、人类历史的文明与辉煌,是乡村传统文化和现代生活的连接桥梁,契合乡村振兴的时代要求。本文从徐州贾汪区马庄村香包入手,从其限制因素、多元主体的共同努力、未来焕新策略三个方面来剖析以马庄为缩影的村庄建设中非物质文化遗产的动态变化,以其优秀建设范式提供其他村落及非遗产业建设经验。The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promoting Rural Revitalization has elevated rural revitalization to the level of national law, and China has always attached great importance to rural construction. Rural areas have the greatest potential and momentum, and rural construction is an important step in modernization. Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of human civilization, carrying the wisdom of humanity, the civilization and glory of human history, and serving as a bridge connecting traditional rural culture and modern life, in line with the requirements of rural revitalization. This article starts with the sachet of Mazhuang Village in Jiawang District, Xuzhou, and analyzes the dynamic changes of intangible cultural heritage in the village construction of Mazhuang from three aspects: its limiting factors, the joint efforts of multiple subjects, and future revitalization strategies. It provides experience for the construction of other villages and intangible cultural heritage industries through its excellent construction paradigm.
