摘要
由于社会就业结构性矛盾日益突出等原因,我国研究生面临较为复杂的现实困境与心理困境,极易滋生就业心理问题。在分析常见的研究生就业心理问题的基础上,结合思想政治教育学科的特点,可以总结出思想政治教育在破解研究生就业心理问题中发挥的建设性作用。最终,提出思想政治教育视角下研究生就业心理问题的破解路径:促进思想政治教育与就业指导的融合;建立心理健康教育的长效机制;形成研究生思想政治教育的合力。Due to the increasingly prominent structural contradiction of social employment and other reasons, China’s postgraduates are faced with more complex practical and psychological dilemmas, which are very likely to breed employment psychological problems. On the basis of analyzing the common psychological problems of graduate students’ employment, combined with the characteristics of the discipline of ideological and political education, we can summarize the constructive role played by ideological and political education in cracking the psychological problems of graduate students’ employment. Eventually, the cracking path of graduate students’ employment psychological problems under the perspective of ideological and political education is proposed: to promote the integration of ideological and political education and employment guidance, to establish a long-term mechanism of mental health education, and to form a synergy of graduate students’ ideological and political education.
