盾构隧道穿越地层断裂带稳定性与加固效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 断裂带各种构造十分发育,尤其在地下水水位较高的地层中隧道掘进过程可能产生突水、流沙等情况,进而导致隧道上方岩土层塌方、地面塌陷等一系列问题,产生极大的安全隐患。在盾构隧道选线无法避免穿越地层断裂带时,正确评估地层断裂带可能造成的影响以及防治措施对隧道施工的安全控制极为重要。本文通过数值模拟的方法,以深圳市白芒河水环境综合治理工程为背景,研究盾构穿越过程、穿越角度、断裂带活动等因素对隧道与地层断裂带相互作用的影响,并开展了影响注浆加固效果的参数敏感性分析,获得了注浆加固对地层及隧道稳定性的作用机理。研究成果为类似地层下穿越地层断裂带的盾构隧道工程项目施工提供参考。 Due to the development of various structures in the fault zone, water inrush and quicksand may occur, especially during the tunnelling process in strata with high groundwater level, which may lead to a series of problems including collapse of overlying rock and soil layers and serious ground subsidence above the tunnel, resulting in large hazardous potential. Therefore, it is important to correctly evaluate the possible influence of stratum fault zone and take preventive measures for the safety control of tunnel construction when it is unavoidable to cross stratum fault zone in route selection of shield tunnels. In the background of the comprehensive water environment control project of Baimang River in Shenzhen city, the influence of shield crossing process, crossing Angle, fault zone activity and other factors on the interaction between tunnel and stratum fault zone is studied by means of numerical simulation, and the sensitivity analysis of parameters affecting the effect of grouting reinforcement is carried out, and the action mechanism of grouting reinforcement on stratum and tunnel stability is obtained. The research results can provide a reference for similar shield tunnel construction projects that cross strata fault zone.
