摘要
糖尿病患者发生进食障碍风险增加,许多国家与地区编制了进食障碍的评估工具,并用于评估糖尿病患者的进食障碍,评价系统较为完善。而我国评估量表尚处于起步阶段,大多是对国外量表的修订和汉化。本文主要介绍国际上常用的用于糖尿病患者进食障碍的评估工具,为我国糖尿病患者进食障碍评估工具的选择和开发提供参考。Diabetic patients are at increased risk of eating disorders, and many countries and regions have compiled assessment tools for eating disorders and used them to assess eating disorders in diabetic patients, with a more complete evaluation system. In contrast, assessment scales in China are still in their infancy, and most of them are revisions and Chineseization of foreign scales. This paper mainly introduces the assessment tools commonly used internationally for eating disorders in diabetic patients, and provides reference for the selection and development of assessment tools for eating disorders in diabetic patients in China.
