摘要
乳腺癌是女性中最常见的癌症之一,白细胞减少症是乳腺癌化疗术后一种常见并发症;主要是骨髓抑制后造成白细胞、红细胞和血小板减少,从而引发贫血、出血和免疫机制下降等现象。中西医对于该类并发症均具有一定效果,本综述就中西医治疗乳腺癌化疗后白细胞减少作一综述。
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women, and leukopenia is a common com-plication after chemotherapy for breast cancer;it is mainly caused by the reduction of leukocytes, erythrocytes, and platelets after myelosuppression, which leads to anemia, hemorrhage, and de-creased immune mechanism. Both Chinese and Western medicine have certain effect on this kind of complication, and this review is about the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy for breast cancer with Chinese and Western medicine.
