摘要
浆细胞性乳腺炎是一种慢性非感染性乳腺炎,以部分乳管扩张和大量浆细胞浸润为典型表现,多发于非哺乳期中青年女性。目前对该病病因机制没有统一的认识,若治疗方式采取不当,易造成病情反复,严重影响了女性患者的身心健康和生活质量。由此看来,对于该疾病的早期诊疗极其重要。本文就浆细胞性乳腺炎的外科手术切除与微创治疗的研究进展进行综述。
Plasma cell mastitis is a long-term, non-infectious inflammation of the breast. It involves partially expanded milk ducts and a notable infiltration of plasma cells. This condition mainly affects young women when they are not breastfeeding. Currently, there is no agreement on the disease’s under-lying mechanisms. Using improper treatments can result in repeated episodes, significantly affect-ing both the physical and mental well-being, as well as the overall quality of life for affected women. Hence, early detection and intervention for this condition are vital. This paper provides a compre-hensive review of the research progress in surgical resection and minimally invasive treatments for plasma cell mastitis.
