摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清Beclin1水平变化及临床意义。方法:选取2021年11月至2022年6月青岛市市立医院内分泌科收入院2型糖尿病患者164例为糖尿病组,同期体检的36例健康人作对照组。收集相关资料,利用Elisa方法检测血清Beclin1水平。采用相关性分析糖尿病组中Beclin1与各因素的关系。结果:与对照组比较,糖尿病组血清Beclin1水平显著下降、左室舒张功能指标间隔e’、侧壁e’较低,而平均E/e’比值更高(P均<0.05)。在糖尿病组中,与高水平相比,低水平组糖尿病病程更长(P < 0.05);侧壁e’更低、平均E/e’比值更高,经单因素相关性分析、多元线性回归分析发现,糖尿病病程与血清beclin1呈独立负相关。结论:Becline1作为自噬的关键调节因子,其水平下降提示自噬可能是2型糖尿病发生发展的重要机制,且随着糖尿病病程的延长,自噬不足加重。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum Beclin1 levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 164 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Endocrinology of Qingdao Municipal Hospital from November 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled as diabetes mellitus, and 36 healthy people who were examined during the same pe-riod were enrolled as the control group. Collecting relevant data and using the Elisa method to measure serum Beclin1 levels. The relationship between Beclin1 and various factors in the diabetes group was analyzed by correlation. Results: Compared with the control group, the serum Beclin-1 level was significantly reduced, the left ventricular diastolic function interval e' and lateral wall e' were lower, and the mean E/e' ratio was higher (P < 0.05). In the diabetes group, the duration of diabetes was longer in the low level group compared with the high level (P < 0.05);The lateral wall e' was lower and the mean E/e' ratio was higher, and univariate correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis showed that the course of diabetes and serum beclin1 were inde-pendently negatively correlated. Conclusion: As a key regulator of autophagy, the decline of Be-cline1 level suggests that autophagy may be an important mechanism for the occurrence and de-velopment of type 2 diabetes, and with the prolongation of diabetes course, autophagy deficiency worsens.
