摘要
儿童功能性便秘是全球常见的胃肠道疾病,其综合患病率约为9.5%,随着流行病学调查的不断深入,近年来发现儿童功能性便秘的发生与多种因素密切相关,本文将从家庭社会、育儿行为、饮食习惯、精神心理等方面展开论述并分析儿童功能性便秘对于自身、家庭及社会的影响,为及早发现并预防、治疗该疾病提供理论依据,对其深入研究可以为临床治疗提供参考。
Children’s functional constipation is a common gastrointestinal disease in the world, and its com-prehensive prevalence rate is about 9.5%. With the deepening of epidemiological investigation, it has been found that the occurrence of children’s functional constipation is closely related to many factors in recent years. This paper will discuss and analyze the influence of children’s functional constipation on themselves, families and society from the aspects of family society, parenting be-havior, eating habits, psychology and so on, so as to provide theoretical basis for early detection, prevention and treatment of this disease, and further study on it.
