摘要
浅表性食管癌,指的是局限于黏膜层和黏膜下层,不论有无淋巴结转移。目前,临床上很多浅表性食管癌病人常常伴随其他疾病无法行内镜及外科手术治疗,在这种情况下,光动力疗法作为一种对肿瘤细胞选择性高、可重复的微创治疗受到越来越多的关注。如今关于光动力治疗食管癌的文献较多,然而,针对其对于浅表性食管癌的总结甚少,本文对比了光动力疗法与其他技术对浅表性食管癌的治疗疗效,并分析其研究进展,希望为光动力治疗浅表性食管癌的临床开展提供参考。
Regardless of lymph node metastases, superficial esophageal carcinoma is defined as being local-ized to the mucosa and submucosa. Many individuals who have superficial esophageal carcinoma and additional clinical conditions are now ineligible for endoscopic or surgical treatment. Photo-dynamic therapy (PDT) is gaining popularity in this case as a highly reproducible and minimally invasive technique that is highly selective for tumor cells. There is a lot of literature on photody-namic therapy for esophageal carcinoma nowadays, but very little focused on superficial esophageal carcinoma. With the intention of serving as a reference for the clinical development of pho-todynamic therapy in patients with superficial esophageal cancer, this paper compares the thera-peutic effects of photodynamic therapy with those of other technologies for superficial esophageal cancer and analyzes its research progress.
