摘要
微小RNA(miRNAs)是一类由内源基因编码的长度约为22个核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子,这些小分子RNA通过碱基配对与靶mRNA序列的3’非翻译区或编码区结合以调控基因的表达,对细胞增殖及凋亡、脂肪代谢等起着重要的调控作用。目前研究发现miR-30家族中含有5个高度保守且成熟的成员:miR-30a、miR-30b、miR-30c、miR-30d和miR-30e。也有研究表明,miR-30e-5p在肿瘤、心血管疾病及自身免疫性疾病等疾病中都发挥着一定作用,现对miR-30e-5p在不同疾病的中的表达及其通过不同途径对各类疾病产生影响的研究予以综述。
microRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding single-stranded RNA molecules with a length of about 22 nucleotides encoded by endogenous genes. These small RNA molecules combine with the 3’ untranslated region or coding region of the target mRNA sequence through base pairing to regu-late gene expression, and play an important role in cell proliferation, apoptosis and fat metabolism. At present, it is found that miR-30 family contains five highly conserved and mature members: miR-30a, miR-30b, miR-30c, miR-30d and miR-30e. Now, some studies have shown that miR-30e-5p plays a role in tumors, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases and other diseases. This pa-per reviews the research on the expression of miR-30e-5p in different diseases and its impact on various diseases through different ways.
